Alphacution Research Conservatory, LLC

Alphacution Research Conservatory  is the first digitally-oriented research and strategic advisory business model focused on providing technology and data-related intelligence to the global financial services industry (FSI) ecosystem. This intelligence includes its T-Greeks operational analytics framework which is currently comprised of T-Spread, T-Beta, T-Alpha, T-Theta and T-VOL (each of which are pending trademarks of Alphacution). Originally founded by Paul Rowady in 2004 to develop a visually-enhanced research and trading platform, today Alphacution has renewed purpose that is based on the hypothesis that credible and increasingly detailed analysis of technology spending and operational efficiencies yields uncommon and critical intelligence; precisely the kind of intelligence that is in high demand from solution buyers, solution providers and all other stakeholders of this ecosystem.

The persistent intensity of this demand exists because all firms face technology challenges, the pace of technology innovation is increasing, and – as the latest advertisements say – “IT strategy is now business strategy.” A parallel rail of Alphacution’s mission is just as important in that the consistent manufacture and delivery of “credible and uncommon intelligence” cannot be achieved with analog-era business practices. As such, Alphacution seeks to “eat at its own kitchen” by leveraging digital-era tools, technologies and methods in the development, packaging and distribution of its products and services, as well as striving to exemplify the cultural and organizational dynamics that are integral to such an effort. These pillars are likely to include crowd-sourcing, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), collaboration and partnering, and visualization – to name only a few. In this way, Alphacution is aligned with its clients on both the challenges and potentials of this profound digital era, thereby further enhancing the credibility and value of its offerings.
